Compass Offices was founded in 2009 with the objective to realize the full potential of what ‘Serviced Offices’ can be – truly great places to work efficiently, where users pay for the amount of space they need with all facilities and support provided to them. “Customers are able to focus solely on running their business, rather than running an office,” said Kenny Lam, Associate Director, Compass Offices.
Transparent pricing, a common sense approach to customer service and a very entrepreneurial mindset have helped Compass Offices to be a leading Serviced Office provider in Hong Kong within just two years. Today, Compass Offices is the fastest growing Serviced Office provider in Asia Pacific with over 40 locations across Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore and Kazakhstan. Their vision is to remain an ambassador for the ever-expanding trend towards flexible working.
“In the UK, 2.5% of total office stock are now Serviced Offices and on a global scale many Fortune 500 firms are beginning to move away from traditional office space into Serviced Offices. We believe that in 20 years from now, every company in the world will be using Serviced Offices, Virtual Offices and outsourced workspace solutions as part of their real estate strategy, as they are forced to improve the efficiency of their real estate budgets. For Compass Offices, Almaty seemed the perfect fit due to the large amount of businesses with a growing need for flexible office space within Kazakhstan. Not only that, but due to Kazakhstan's strong trade links with Asia, and Hong Kong in particular, it seemed a natural progression for Compass Offices to move into this new market.
Our new centre
